Terms & Conditions Product Information All trees are shipped in 4” x 4” x 9” containers, made from either hard or soft (cuttable) plastic. Customers will receive the exact rooted cutting shown in the listing photographs. All varieties are guaranteed true to type. Tree Health Notice All trees are sold with the acknowledgment that they may carry Fig Mosaic Virus (FMV), even if no symptoms are present. FMV is common among fig trees and, with proper care and nutrition, typically does not negatively affect growth or fruit production. No refunds or replacements will be provided for FMV-related concerns. Care Instructions To ensure the health and survival of your tree: • Do not transplant (“up-pot”) the tree for at least four (4) weeks after receipt. • If placed outdoors, trees must be kept in a warm, shaded area for a minimum of two (2) weeks to acclimate to local UV exposure (“hardening off”). • Water with a fertilizer solution (¼ teaspoon per gallon) using a balanced product such as Jack’s 20-20-20 or equivalent every time you water. • Allow the pot to dry until it weighs approximately one (1) pound give or take before watering again to avoid root rot. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in tree loss. I am not responsible for losses due to improper care. Shipping Policy Orders completed and paid by 10:00 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Saturday. However, I may ship sooner if possible. • Shipping is conducted via UPS with an estimated delivery window of 3–4 business days; however, delays may occur beyond my control. • Shipments will not occur if local or destination temperatures are 32°F or lower. The shipment will be held and delayed for more favorable weather. Customers are advised to monitor their local weather conditions prior to ordering. • Due to postal uncertainties, the purchase of FigBid’s Route shipping insurance at checkout is strongly encouraged. I assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, damages, losses, or stolen packages once the item is handed over to the carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier or the FigBid route shipping insurance provider if coverage was purchased. Packaging Information In order to fit within a standard 24” shipping container, trees may be trimmed or gently bent based on shoot flexibility. • If you prefer an extended-length shipping container (up to 36”), please request a price adjustment before completing payment. Restrictions • No international shipping is available at this time. • No shipments of rooted cuttings will be made to HI, AK, CA, AZ, PR, Guam, or the Marshall Islands. • However, standard cuttings can be shipped to CA and AZ.
